More information/comments
The parcel is located west of the Pend Oreille River and approx. 4 mi. north of Metaline in northern Pend Oreille County. Access is from VanDyke Lane (private) off of Boundary Rd (county). The parcel is mostly a mixed conifer forest with one pasture/hay field. Aspect is west-southwest with elevation ranging from 2,000-2,600. The parcel is adjacent to lands managed by the Colville National Forest and Bureau of Land Management.
