More information/comments This Waterfowl Habitat and Access (WHAP) Register To Hunt opportunity is open 7 days a week for waterfowl hunting only. Public access allowed only when WHAP sign installed at unit. Completion and display of Register To Hunt Permit required for access to and use of unit. Permit holders are required to comply with all unit access conditions. Unit hunting: open field. Unit map located at parking area and privatelands.wdfw.wa.gov. Parking: 2 vehicles (1 party). All WHAP units have a 15-shell limit; shotgun shell and other garbage removal required. Changing landscape conditions may degrade or make difficult unit access- continued access allowed unless WHAP sign removed. Immediate unit closure (temporary or permanent) may occur due to 1. Hunter conduct and unit misuse or 2. Agricultural and/or landowner operations.
*Waterfowl forage planted in partnership with landowner/farmer to provide enhanced opportunity and habitat**Complete post hunt survey (QR Code) at unit sign*
