This property has an opportunity for waterfowl, upland, and big game. Great opportunity for some duck hunting for sitting in the blind or jump shooting along the spring-fed stream and the ponds during early season. Access from Highway 23 which runs along the north property line. Be aware if conditions are wet or icy, parking area may be difficult to maneuver without 4-wheel drive vehicle. If conditions are poor, consider parking at BLM gate to the west. The tract has perimeter fencing and some cross fencing to divide the fields. There are seasonal creeks and a few ponds located on the property. Topography is mostly undulating with some steeper sloping areas in the southeast corner. Be aware the land to the west is managed for public access by the Bureau of Land Management and property to the east is private property. Do not trespass on private property!
