Reservation Permit holder must be present at hunt, with permit displayed on vehicle dash. Public access permitted when WHAP unit sign installed. Permit holders required to comply with all access conditions. Unit hunting: blind only. Unit map located at parking area and privatelands.wdfw.wa.gov. Parking: 1 vehicle (1 party). All WHAP units have a 15-shell limit; shotgun shell and other garbage removal required. Changing landscape conditions may degrade or make difficult unit access, and blind/unit may become entirely submerged- continued access allowed unless WHAP sign removed. Unit closures: 1. Hunter conduct & unit misuse 2. Agricultural & landowner operations.
