This Waterfowl Habitat and Access (WHAP) Hunt by Reservation opportunity is open 7 days a week for waterfowl hunting only. Reservation Permit holder must be present at hunt, with permit displayed on vehicle dash. Public access permitted when WHAP unit sign installed. Permit holders required to comply with all access conditions- observe and obey all posted rules and boundaries. Unit hunting: blind only. Unit map located at parking area and privatelands.wdfw.wa.gov. Parking: 1 vehicle. All WHAP units have 15-shell limit; shotgun shell and other garbage removal required. Unit closure may result from hunter misconduct and property misuse. Changing landscape conditions may degrade or make difficult unit access, and blind/unit may become entirely submerged- continued access allowed unless WHAP sign removed. Agricultural operations and landowner activities may require immediate unit closure (temporary or permanent).
