This Waterfowl Habitat and Access (WHAP) ADA Hunt by Reservation opportunity is open 7 days a week for waterfowl hunting. Reservation Permit holder must be present at hunt AND possess WDFW "Disability Status"(https://wdfw.wa.gov/accessibility/eligibility-requirements-disability-status)- display both Permits on vehicle dash. This site provides an ADA approved wheelchair blind and ADA approved trail to the blind. Hunting restricted to blind. Unit access behind gate with a combination lock- Reservation Permit has the combination code. Please “daisy chain” the lock through the other lock. The water can be deep at this site, chest waders are recommended, bird dogs advised, and kayaks allowed. 2 pipes mounted in concrete for wind/pull duck decoys to prevent pond liner puncture.
